Hi all,
I delete the UCCX GUI 7.0 end use from Call manager. Now I am not able to access the UCCX GUI with the same username and password. How i could recover this and become able to access the GUI again.

Follow the steps in this post to set 'FRESH_INSTALL' in cet.

Once done, log in as described (Administrator and ciscocisco). Basically go through, clicking 'Next' (when it asks for licenses, click next and it will use the existing ones). The final screen allows you to assign users as admins.

Try re-create the same user ID/password from CUCM.
If that didn't work, you'll need to do password recovery for UCCX. Open a TAC case.

Hi Aron,
I have a similar problem, I have tried the above procedure, but Internet explorer is getting stucked in between.
It is not proceeding after clicking next on the window where we will be asked for AXL username & password.
Tried many times, but the same result.Could you please help on this?
