Thought the MAC Address is correct in the License File, it shows invalid MAC Address while uploading.

Could you please login into CLI and check the outout of the "show status" command, and crossverify the license MAC address.

Which mac address has to be given to Cisco ?....is it License MAC or MAC Address ?....usually we give MAC Address of the ethernet port isnt ?....

Hi Gibin,

You need to provide the License MAC address (from UCCX 8.x version) for getting the licenses from Cisco.
