UCCX_Login Issue

Greetings..

I am fairly green on using uccx 7, here's what I got.  

I got a box running the UCCX 7 and am having a problem loggin in.

I am using Unified Contact Center Express Admin, going to the correct page and am trying to login as

username    Administrator     with the password ciscocisco

When I put that in, the page goes to a nice shade of white and (appadmin/j_security_check) and stays there forever.

I put in anything else and no luck...   

What would be the "normal" username that I should login with??  (in not administrator)

Any recommendations of changing this on the server to something that I can use? (lost password issue)

Any help would be great!

That's the default username and password for when you first do the install.  However, now the UCCX administrator is whatever username in CUCM was designated as the admin.  I usually create a user named uccxadministrator and use that as my admin account.  However, the account could be anything.

I would suggest going to the CUCM End User database and searching for "admin" to see what pops up.  Look for anything that could be the UCCX administrator account.  UCCX uses CUCM's End User database.  If you change the password for the UCCX admin account in CUCM you will be able to log into UCCX.
