Uccx script being silent for a minute after playing the prompt

We've been experiencing some weird behavior on our uccx script. What's been happening is that when callers hit our 1800 number, they listen to the MoH then a "agents are busy" prompt is played. When the music (one minute .wav file) plays again this music plays for one minute and remain silent for another minute. Now, we've noticed that on the first time the Moh plays we do have a "play prompt" in front of it but for the second time the MoH plays...instead of a "play prompt" we have a "Menu". Is this makes a difference in the fact that the music plays for a minute then remains silent for another minute?

We did find the script part that was set with the high timeout and we've fixed here Now, the script plays normally.
