UCCX - scripting, how to route a calls to voice mail after 3 mins if no answer or hold

UCCX Scripting - we already have an existing script but we need to route the calls to voice mail aftre 3 minuites if nobody is answer the call or morethan 3 mins in a Queue.

Make your queue loop 1 minute long using delay steps.  Use an if/then to see if you've been through the queue 3 times (i.e. 3 minutes).  If so, branch to a Call Redirect step which goes to a voicemail box.

Yep - as stated look into putting it in the if/then statement in the queue loop.
