UCCX Upgrade Directions

Does anyone have a link to documentation to upgrade UCCX from 7.0(1) to 7.0(2)?

Is there a reason to upgrade to this version?   Im assuming to be used with Windows 7.  If not, then maybe hold off until you are ready for a big upgrade to 8.5.    But here are the release notes for 7.0.2

Is this upgrade from 7.0(1) to 7.0(2) a normal cost free maintenance release? And is it still available today? We also look for Win7 compatibility.

Yes, it's free as long as you have valid support ESW contract and is still available for download from CCO.

We do not have any contract with cisco. We have a contract with a reseller but not the service contract for major and minor updates.... is it still for free then? I guess as meintenance release it should always be free istn't it?

You need valid ESW contract with Cisco to legally apply the patch, is your contract with reseller for Cisco smartnet for for their support i.e. day 2 support?

If you are not sure check with them if they can provide you with your Cisco ESW maintenance contract number.
