UCM-10X-ENH-UCL - Unable to receive calls

Hi Folks,

 

I'm new with CUCM, would like ask  how I should proceed with troubleshooting on this. Thanks

 


We have a CUCM extension and user is reporting that they are having issues receiving calls. After troubleshooting it is found that when someone call (xxxxxxxx) with his/her caller ID blocked then the user at extension 8xxx is unable to receive calls. Previously it was working and there were no issues.

We are using CUCM version 10.5.2.18900

Not Clear, can you share the details of call flow which doesn't work.
