I am not sure if I am missing something, but it appears that the default outdial restriction table does not work for me, I defined restriction table to have the first rule “*” blocked for testing and I am still receiving notifications on international numbers, etc. I validated the default outdial table is applied to my COS. I never recall seeing this issue on previous versions, has anyone observed the same?
