UCS C240m Firmware and ESXi Upgrade Questions

I am getting ready to upgrade CUCM/Unity/UCCX from 11.5 to 12.5 and know that I need to upgrade my ESXi from v6.0 to 6.5u2 or higher.  We are planning to upgrade it to ESXi 6.7 u3.  Here's what I'm currently running:

UCS-C240-M4SX on Firmware (CIMC) 3.0(1c)

ESXi v6.0

I was planning on upgrading the firmware to 3.0(3a) then stepping up to 4.0(2o) as per the upgrade path matrix.  

After I do this do I also need to upgrade the UCS Drivers to 4.0(2something) and the UCS Utilities to 3.1(3)?  

In the past I've done CIMC/Firmware upgrades but I never updated the UCS Drivers or Utilities. 

Any advice you can give would be appreciated!!

You can utilize the UCS Hardware and Software Compatibility tool https://ucshcltool.cloudapps.cisco.com/public/. You need to ensure that the UCS drivers are compatible and up to date with the new ESXi version.
