UDS authentication fails on subscriber

Hello,

I'm running UCM 11.5.1.16900-16 and a subscriber node has stopped to authenticate users. LDAP authentication is configured but even local users fails authentication. There are no authentication attempts in UDS logs with enabled debug level after login attempt to self care portal. Authentication on a publisher node works well. How to troubleshoot this problem?

I would try to check first if there are no ports being dropped / blocked by the Firewall, if there is a Firewall between the users and the CUCM Sub.
If there are no issues with the Firewall, I would suggest restarting the Cisco Tomcat service on the CUCM Sub.

Thank you for reply but there are no packet filters on the route. I even reinstalled a subscriber node but the problem still present.

Problem solved by upgrading to 11.5.1.17900-52.
