I have a cucm 11.5 ,the problem that i have i can't access a company directory fromIP phones , before it worked good

If you look at the phone status page (assume the web server in the phone is enabled), do you see any messages like 'trust list update failed'? That would be in the 'status messages' or 'debug display' area. If you do, that is the problem.

1) Modify the DNS resolution.
One way is to create a forward lookup zone named domain[dot]com and create a default A record that points to your website.
Another option is to set up a conditional redirect for domain[dot]com.
Another option is to add the www A record to the existing forward lookup zone on domain[dot]com.
2) Disable redirects from www.domain.com to domain.com. Make sure you redirect to domain[dot]com without any www on the website. Dynamic web page redirects, The CMS does that. or via a web server via .htaccess or a similar mechanism.
