Unable to change domain name of Presence Server 9.1.1

I have stopped cisco Presence Enginer, Cisco Proxy and Cisco XCP Router service , but still I am not able to change it ..

It again says in GUI, Pls stop the above services..

kindly help urgently.

Also stop the Cisco Sync Agent and Cisco Client Profile Agent services. As I recall, one or both are listed in the documentation in 9.x for changing the Presence Domain, but were missing from the list in the GUI. Be sure all listed services are stopped on all nodes.

Done but no luck..



I have only on Server..

Is the problem that the domain field is still grayed out in the GUI?

After stopping the services, the domain should be changed via the CLI with the "set network domain <new.domain>" command. And you will need to reboot.

Done that also.. but still it is no positive result..



The IM and Presence Domain name is stuck on that changing not at all .



Pls suggest any other alternative..

After following this document, I am able to resolve the issue.. thanks very much..



Actually after doing changes in

Configure the Federation Routing IM and Presence FQDN with the new domain.



And then after stopping the required services.. it allowed me to do the changes in GUI , Cluster domain section..
