Unable to log-in GUI CUE

Hello,

I am able to get GUI for my CUE, but when I try to log-in it displays "Login Failed". I created user "hvelazquez" and give it group Administrators privileges.

I have his information in the running:

groupname Administrators member hvelazquez

(hvelazquez has a password and belogs to Administrators group. This is the one I am using for testing)

File privilege level is 15 by default however you can set it to 0 on router and test.

Have you tried with  web admin  account which you have set inside telephony service.

Have you tried file privilege 0 command on the CME ? also can you provide sh run as well.thanks

This CUE is implemented under service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session.

Sorry, I did not understand your suggestion. Where do I supposed to type that command? Attached are the sh run for the gateway and the show run for foy module (CUE).
