Unable to Login Cisco Prime Collaboation Provisioning (11.o) Web GUI

Hi all

I couldn´t reset the password for web GUI on Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.0  . I followed the steps on the guide:

and I also read :

I tried :

[[{"type":"media","fid":"1280886","view_mode":"default","link_text":null,"attributes":{"alt":"Provisioning","title":"Provisioning Password","height":"311","width":"658","class":"image-style-none media-element file-default"}}]]

And no valid password when I was on web cli.

does it was working before????if yes then check your browser setting and system firewall .

Please use the ResetGlobalAdminPassword.sh script to do the same. Not sure how the other syntax is being discussed, I will find the root and purge that entry. the right syntax is below.
