Cisco Unified CM Administration
System version: 6.1.2.1002-1
Above information is Cisco Call manager version details in our office.
Issue : Unable to reset cisco phones through Call manager, it doesn't restarted when i clicked reset or restart in web.
FYI:
IN CLI mode, executed below command:
show tech notify--- > i found somewhere in database like 80 ccm.
Could you please advise me on this to proceed further.

Karthik,
You are hitting the most common 6.1.2 bug. You must upgrade to an ES within 6.1.2 to get around the issue. Also make sure you are on 7.1 within a month because we have stopped building 6.1.5 so you can't get any new bug fixes for anything lower.

Shall i restart Pub and Sub for time being and check whether it is fixed temporarily.

You can try to do that, and if it works thats good but I've definitely seen both sides of the reboot:
1. Where the customer reboots and it doesn't work
2. Where the customer reboots and it fixed it but only temporarily and the problem reappears at some point in time(undefined point in time).

SSH into the nodes. Login. Then run the following: utils system restart
type "yes"
Then it will reboot.
