Unable to update contacts from cisco attendant console advanced v11

On the cisco attendnat console advanced 11, i have contacts that are
sychronised with the call manager (CCMsOURCE), i have already insered contacts
with the bulk administration tool, but when i tried to update all the contacts
added (update contacts), the job shows me this message " Not complete".

i have an other question, how i can delete the contacts insered, because when
i press "find" i found just the contacts synchronised with the cucm, but when
i do a serach for a contact that i insered , i found it

i choose to do an update contacts, in my case,that means i can with this
action to add new contacts, information of some contacts will be changed, and
i understand that the contacts synchronised with cucm can not be updated.
Let me now if this action(update contact) need to restart some services on the
attendant console.

Please, i need your help, just give me a solution that i can correctly update
the contacts alreday insered on cuac ( advanced version 11)
