Understanding B-ACD Reports from a UC560

Hello, can anyone suggest a free or at cost way to take and decipher the raw data generated in B-ACD Reports?

I have looked at Sentinel's offering, www.sentinel.com/pdf/cme_readme.pdf

I am wondering if anyone has used it or another and what your thoughts are of them.

I don't think there is anything free when it comes to analysing CDR or operator reports for business purposes.
