Unified Attendant Console Standard, changed machine code.

Hello community,

just a question regarding what to do, if the machine code of an UAC Standard installation has changed.

There is an other NIC installed at the pc, so the machine code is changed.

At cisco.com/go/ac or cisco.com/go/license I cannot find anything about the process...

Thanks a lot.

Greetings, Chris

Hi Chris,

To re-license Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard, contact Cisco TAC and request a re-host. You will need to provide them with either the original license activation codes or the SO number of your purchase.

This process is outlined on page 2-19 of the Installation Guide.

Thanks,

Matt
