Hello all,
I just implemented the latest version of the Cisco UCC Server 2.01 and the Cisco Unified CallConnector Advanced clients on 10 PCs. All is working properly except for 1 phone. The phone is a 7931 and I have 2 in the organization. One works properly, the other doesn't. Conifguration in the UC520 for the ephone and ephone-dn is the same.
When I log in to the Call Connector with the one that doesn't work, the other users show properly but the phone shows as disconnected. The exact error is:
This phone has been disconnected.
Status:
StatusEX:
Estimate Wait for Reconnect:
Status Code: -1
I have already done "reset tapi" under the ephone. Any suggestions?

Hi steve,
I posed your query to the SCC/UCC team lead.
7931 should work fine with 2.1. I would think that you should open a traditional TAC case to get the problem resolved.

But just outa interest. Are you using the latest UC520 software package that came out very late last year ?

Anything on this? I'm having the same problem with my 7931.
EDIT: I was able to correct this by restarting the Cisco UCC Server services. Provided everything else is configured correctly this should do the trick!
