I doubt anyone would give it to you over the forums. You probably have to check with your Cisco AM or order it through PUT and see if they will help you.
Not sure what password you are referring to but you should be able to create a CCO account on cisco.com. You will need a valid contract to download software or order it through PUT.
Also, keep in mind that all downloadable CUCM software on CCO is not bootable. Bootable software needs to be ordered or requested via Cisco Upgrade Tool.
