Unified Communications Solutions Line Setting

Hi

can anyone help me with setting up a backup phone number in Cisco Unified Communications Solutions in the tab Line Settings. I can set them up and thick each box, but it does not work. See attachment.

We have used the same format of the number as in the homepage (and main number calls are routed to) plus tried other formats but no result.

Please make sure that you have correct CSS applied on Line forwarding setting Regards
