Unified Messaging 4.0.3 upgrading exchange 5.5 to 2003

Has anyone accomplished this? I am assuming that I will have to rerun the message store configurations and permission wizard but not have to reinstall Unity entirely. The customer is going to be migating all the user's messages over. Any information would be appreciated
