Unity 2.3 instead of prompt says "are you still there?"

have a custom script that plays 2 prompts - one for greeting and one for extensions.  was working fine then today it only plays the first prompt and then says "are you still there?"...I can press an extension and it will go to the phone

in addition, of the 5 extensions, when you press "5" instead of going to the phone at 2005, it says "you have entered an invalid phone number"...
