My customer has a Unity 4.0.3 that is currently integrated with Centrex. We are moving them to a Nortel PBX within the next few weeks. They have the PBX Link Box, and have everything (physically) set up to make the cut to the new system.
All I was wondering was, do I need anything other than the PBX Link, a new license file and a few hours to make the move to the Nortel PBX?
I was told by those above me "this MUST go off without a hitch" so I'm on a fact finding mission for what I need.
Thanks in advance,
Matt

Hi,
You don't even need a new license file. Sounds like you are already licensed for dual switch integrations. You just need to change the switch type in the UTIM.

It's not licensed for a Dual... only a Centrex integration.
