Unity 4.0(4) pointing at wrong mail server

My customer has upgraded from 3.1(5) to 4.0(4).

They also changed the mail server from ZMAIL1 running Exch2000 to ZMAIL running Exch2003.

Unity is up and running, but no messages delivered and CiscoUnity_UMR reports failure to connect to server. The Subscriders show as being homed on ZMAIL, but if I click to add a new subscriber the error says unable to talk to ZMAIL1, the old server.

I seem to have an inconsistency and despite running Config again and changing the info in AdvancedTools, it still happens.

Any ideas?

Don't worry lads.

Problem sorted ... regedit !!

Removed all ZMAIL1 references and put in ZMAIL.

All works fine now.

Use Message Store Configuration Wizard to make the change. There may be entries that you might have missed.

This was the first thing I tried, then used the Advanced Tech Tools. All to no avail.

In the end I used Regedit and found entries still under the HK_Local_Machine\Software_Active Voice\DoH\ for the old Exchange server.
