Guys,
I am having a strange problem with unity caller system transfer. I have setup a CH for auto attendant. I have configured key mappings to send call to caller system transfer. But each time I enter the extension to be xfered to, unity says "you cannot be tranferred to this extension"
When I use the same extension on "attempt transfer for operator, ring subscriber extension" the call goes through. So I do not have a CSS, partiton issue.. Is there something that needs to be done to allow caller system transfer.

Hey deji,
Just back from a nice "long" weekend here :) Have you checked the numbers in question within the CS_Default_System_Transfer restriction table to see if it permits it.
From this good doc;
Hope this helps!

(Oops, sorry, I missed Rob's response and gave the same answer... anyway, here are links to the 4.0(5) version of the guide.)
It sounds like you need to check the restriction table that governs caller system transfers, CS_Default_System_Transfer.
Here's a link for info on caller system transfers in 4.0(5):

You can find a chapter on restriction tables in the same guide...
