Unity 7.X Exchange 2007 multiple storage groups

My Exchange 2007 server has 5 different storage groups.  If I plan to add Unity voicemail subscribers from each of the storage groups do I need to set OAB to Outlook 2003 and create a Public folder in each storage group or do I only do it once?

I believe you only need to do this once.  The requirement is simply to configure OAB for Outlook 2003 and earlier clients
