Unity 8.5.1 User Template change

  Hello - We use Unity Connections 8.5.1 ES ...  which is LDAP integrated.

We have serveral users that will be moving from one facility to another. We would like to change thier user template without deleting and re-adding the whole Unity account. Is this possible?   Thank you.

If you mean change the properties from the user template and have them applied to users who already exist, the answer is no, changes will only affect new users.

You can use BAT to change those users.
