Unity Connection Alternate MWI will not turn off

I have a client who has one number with multiple Alternate MWI programmed for their help desk number.  These alternate MWI numbers do not have their own voicemail.  The alternate MWIs are stuck to On.  No mater what I do they stay that way.  I have even tried deleteing and readding them with no luck.  Has anyone seen anything similar to this?  How did you fix it?

Is CXN integrated with SCCP or SIP? What version?

What does CXN say the alternate destination state is: on or off? It should show you this on the Edit > MWI page under the mailbox.

If SCCP are you able to dial the MWI Off DN from the phone? If yes does it stay off then?

If SIP is the Partition of those DNs included in the Incoming CSS of the SIP Trunk from CXN?
