Hi,
I have created a new Call handler (Unity Connection V10.5) to be used as a basic IVR.
The Call handler has Caller Input keys defined and a Standard Greeting Recorded. The call routes to Unity via the CTI Route Point, however Unity reports that the " call handler Name is not available".
The caller input keys show the "Goodbye call handler" and not the Call handler that I wish to use.
Any suggestions why the call handler is unavailable would be appreciated. The integration between UCM and Unity is via SIP Trunks.
