Unity Connection Call Handler is Unavailable

Hi,

I have created a new Call handler (Unity Connection V10.5) to be used as a basic IVR.

The Call handler has Caller Input keys defined and a Standard Greeting Recorded. The call routes to Unity via the CTI Route Point, however Unity reports that the " call handler Name is not available".

The caller input keys show the "Goodbye call handler" and not the Call handler that I wish to use.

 

Any suggestions why the call handler is unavailable would be appreciated. The integration between UCM and Unity is via SIP Trunks.

Hi,

This was down to operator error. The Call handlers recorded name was recorded rather than the standard Greeting for the call handler.
