I have setup CUCMBE at my office and now i have problem with call transfer to extension.
I have setup Direct Routing Rules and System Call Handlers with custom Recording. Also I was sync users from CUCMBE.
first:
when i test in internal it's work fine and great: from {cisco ip phone}-->exention AA(greeting message)--> transfered to estension. it's OK
Second
When I call from outside I get welcome greetings and after that when I want to transfer call to extension I get Cisco Voice message
"wait while I transfer your call" and after that I did not hear anything.
How can I avoid this problem?

Please check the configuration of blocklist/Restricted Table in unity connection

please check the below
Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Administration, go to the Greetings page for the applicable user, user template, call handler, or call handler template.
Step 2 Select the applicable greeting.
Step 3 On the Edit Greeting page, check the Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers check box.
Step 4 Select Save.
