Unity connection customized greeting

Hi, guys. I am wondering if there is a way to upload a prerecorded greeting audio into Unity connection. The only way I am sure is to just use a IPT or PC to record youselve's voice into it. But anyhow it is not usually the audio clients need. They want better sounds intead of your poor sounds. Anyone help? thanks.

The greetings for a mailbox can either be recorded from a phone once a user logs into their mailbox; or, through the web interface using the Media Master control applet. Call handlers use the Greetings Administrator since there is no mailbox to log into.
