I have had several users now complain they get a message your mailbox is full please delete some messages. There is no message in the mailbox, not saved or deleted. Yet if you go into Unity and look at the messages tab, you see no messages but do see the mailbox is taking up a considerable amount of size.
Deleting the mailbox and putting it back in fixes the issue, however have a concern something is going on that it is retaining storage for some reason, seeing this seems to be a growing problem with about 7 users in the last month.
Thoughts?

What specific version of CUC are you on?

Hello,
Just going based on the symptom you have stated it might be related to this:
You might see if the size of the mailbox is reporting to be negative Which does lead to mailbox full message. The defect above will give more info.

Thanks that looks like and describes exactly what I am experiencing and it is that release. Any further reports of that and I will run that command to see if it fixes it.

I am seeing this with one user with 8.5(1)SU1, however mailbox size is 650,000Kb and not showing negative. We upgraded over the weekend to SU2 and will re-test with user tomorrow to see if SU2 fixed it.
