So we currently have UC 10.5 integrated w/ Office 365 and it's working w/o any issues for users. We've been moving users over to use MFA and while I've been able to get the service account used for UC to be exempt to this point, the time is coming when I'll have to enable MFA on that account as well. I'm wondering if there is any way around this (token based or similar) that would allow UM to continue to work for users? If an upgrade is required that is fine; just want to see what options are available, if any, to get this to work.
