Unity Connection Opening greeting language

hi we have

Unity Connection 7.1 with USA and English UK.

If I setup a direct routing rule that plays a greeting for a system call handler  USA English Opening Greeting (language setup as US English) the system plays  'sorry, USA opening greeting is not available' - if i set the language to be inherited or system default(English UK) then I hear the actual recorded opening greeting but it does not tag the call as US English so the rest of the prompts are UK.

Did you find a solution to this. I have the same issue with an auto attendant in Italy and would like to know if there is a way to solve it.
