Unity Connection Servers 8.x HA cluster setup timezone

We are planning to install a pair of Unity Connection Servers 8.x which will config as a HA cluster.

This pair will be sitting in two different cities and these two cities are in two different timezones.

Will the Unity Connection Server HA cluster support on this?

We went though the CCO, and it seems like "Both Connection servers must be configured to be in the same time zone"

There are 2 components to time zone with Unity Connection.  The first is the system time zone which is set during install.  This is the time seen on the CLI / OS of the box.  This is a requirement that both servers be set the same.  The second is application time zone (controls the prompts users hear, etc).  There is a global setting for application time zone but this can also be modified on a per-user basis.  So system-level, same time zone.  Application level, time zone can vary based on user.
