Hi All
I thought it was possible to set up a system wide configuration setting so that when a user is being played a subscribers greeting, the system will straight away afterwards play a message to say "press 0 if you would like to return to the operator".
Does anyone know if this is possbile, I know other telephony products have this feature... This will avoid having the users to manually say anything.
Thanks!

You can configure a "zero out" option on each subscriber mailbox (they can be customized per user or generic - depends on your requirements); however, there is no default greeting that will direct users to dial 0 for an operator. If you want that option to be announced, then users would need to be instructed to do so when they record their personal greeting.

Hi David
Have configured the 0 input option already...just thought there could be an easy way to prompt the users...
Cheers!

The user controls the personal greeting for their own mailbox. There is no system prompt related to the configuration of the zero out. Sorry!
