Hello,
From a call handler, I'm doing a "
I'm wondering if there is a way to "catch" this call in another call handler to potentially transfer this caller to an operator or something... In remote port monitor, these are the debugs. I dialed extension "229".

Hi Dave,
On the Default System Transfer Restriction Table, when I want to transfer to extensions
that begin with 8 but are not part of Unity Connection I need to set;
8???* - Allow
If it was numbers that begin with 5 it would be;
5???* - Allow
for you it looks like it may be;
2??* - Allow
Can you give that a try
Cheers!

Hi Rob,
Thanks for your response as always.
Let me clarify what I'm asking. My restriction table is already configured for the transfer out for dialed extensions. My question is for extensions that do not exist in CallManager and should legitamately be rejected. But I want to be able to catch the rejection by routing it to a call handler or another extension. Is that possible? I've checked and it's not hitting the Error Greeting of the same call handler...
Thanks.

Hi Dave,
Sorry for the misunderstanding. It would help if I could read
I was trying to find a reference that explains this type of behavior
with regards to the "error greeting" and I came across this thread
with a nice answer from Mr. Lindborg. I know it doesn't address your
query exactly...but somewhat.
