Unity Connection upgrade with valid SWSS contract

Hi pals,

I would like to check a scenario that I have purchased SWSS through a Cisco partner for Unity Connection.

As there will be a new service provider to support the Unity Connection and going to upgrade the software version, may I know what will be the options that the new service provider can use the SWSS contract I purchased through an old service provider to ask Cisco licensing team to generate a new license key file?

I'd be grateful if anyone can shed some light.

Hi Roy,

You can ask Cisco Partner to place the order through PUT and share the Sales Order[SO] number.

Partner can download the patch and burn it on DVD.

Regarding the licenses , u can directly write mail to licensing@cisco.com by sharing above Sales Order[SO ]number to get the licenses for upgraded version.

you can work with Cisco AM on how to xfer SWSS to new partner, if possible.
