Unity Dual Integration Boost Dialogic D120 volume

I have a dual integration customer using the Dialogic D120 connected to a Nortel PBX. When calling in through the Nortel via PSTN, the overall volume to unity is too low soliciting complaints. How do I boost the overall playback volume of the Dialogic cards?

Unfortunately, the customer got their solution either directly from Cisco or Dialogic. I believe the solution is a Dialogic (Intel) solution, but I do not have the details. Seems to me it was Registry or .ini file setting. This system is no longer in place, so I can't get you a definitive answer.

Apologies. I would pursue through Intel.
