unity express backup

Hello All,

As far as I understand Unity Backup (either schedule or manual) brings the system to offline to perform the backup. calls to unity express during the offline mode will not work.  I am just wondering if Cisco will ever make the unity express backup to work without bring it to offline (if so what version will it be on).

Hey Vjay

We might see that feature  in 8.5 CME/CUE. We will have one in the lab in Vancouver to test soon.  I will let you know
