Unity Express Basic Question

Hello,

 

We are using Unity Express 8.6 and I had a basic question.

 

I have all my user mailboxes set up and it works great.  I also have a shared octo-line for customer service.  How could I have unanswered calls on that shared line go to a specific user mailbox if it's not answered?

You can use the following command

call-forward noan target-number timeout seconds
