Unity Express General Delivery Mailbox Greeting Rerecord
Our client has a Unity Express ver 7.0.1 integrated with Callmanager. They have a General Delivery Mailbox of which they want to change the greeting.
They can reach the GDM from the voicemail menus but they do not have the option to rerecord. They say they can only listen to or delete messages but no other option. The user making these tests is both member and owner. I have cerated the similar case in our lab with Unity express ver 7.0.6 and everything works fine. I couldn't find any differences between two configs.
All the configs on both are done using GUI. I also attach the CLI config outputs from the client system. The problematic GDM is named "nightservice"
Where else should I check or what may I be missing ?
