Unity Hardware / Software Migration

Hi

I am installing 3.1.5 Unity at a customer site for hardware

and software migration (using DIRT) from 3.1.5 to 4.0.5, on building the new server and

installing 3.1.5 Disc1 on the new server I get a request for Disk2, I've been told to use 3.1.6 disc 2 but when I do I get the following error.

the shortcut '\utilites\unitydiagnostictool\unitydiagnostics.msc'

could not locate a file

'\utilites\unitydiagnostictool\unitydiagnostics.msc'

You click on OK and it says Setup is not complete you need to start the unity

installation from the start.

I've tried Mapping a drive to 3.1.5 CD1 and a seperate drive to 3.1.6 CD2,

you can only browse and click on the root of CD 3.1.6 CD2, which is when you

get the message above.

I've also tried copying the .msc file into CD 2 but I still get the same error.

I'm downloading the 3.1.5 DISC1 and 3.1.6 DISC2 images again, but wondered if anyone has seen this before?

Its a multiple integration into CCM and a Mitel, if this makes a difference I don't think it does.

Just incase anyone is looking at this, we found a copy of 3.1.5 disc 1 and 2 the installation worked ok using these images. I still don't know if the 3.1.6 disc 2 image was just corrupt or if 3.1.6 disc 2 is the correct way to go if you don't have the 3.1.5 discs you require for the install.
