Unity IVR

Hello.. i have recently setup voice mail for phone  on unity 10.5. i have setup pin and greeting on phone. But i have been facing strange issue. When i leave a message on voice mail and press # to send it then message sends but call doesnt disconnect, after 2-3 seconds another IVR play which should not happen ideally.

Could you please help me why this happening and where the issue is?

This works per design, after you press # you will be prompted to leave another message, etc. normally you would just hangup, what are you trying to accomplish?

Actually it is playing another IVR which I had setup for other business after 2-3 seconds of pressing # to send voicemail message. I don't know how this IVR is playing here. I want default settings for IVR after pressing #.
