Hi,
I have been asked to look at a strange issue on a customers site today.
The subscriber in question has been away for a week and when she came back there was about 8 Voice mail messages, the about 50 other messages which were just from the names of other mail boxes but with no messages, in fact the message she was hearing was the mailbox owners recorded name message.
Has anyone come across this issue before.
I have run a subscriber mailbox activity report on this subscriber and have seen the messages she has deleted. However I cannot see the messages coming into her mailbox.
I then checked a couple of other reports for other users to see if I could see the message being sent to this subscriber, but there is nothing in these reports relating between the two mailboxes.
Anyone seen this issue before?
The Unity version is 3.1(5).CCM Version 3.2(2c)SP H
Unified messaging with exchange 2000.
