Unity playing greetings according to status monitoring, but now sound

When dialing and extension for a voice mail port status monitor shows that it picks up and sends to Opening Greeting, but on the TUI there is no sound. In other words the greeting isn't play even though status monitor shows that it is. Can someone tell what the problem may be?

I'm see TX data, but no RX data. It is like unity is not playing the WAV files. What could be the problem?

Routing. The packets are going somewhere else. Do you have two NICs configured? Do you have two addresses assigned to the NIC?
