Unity voicemail ports only in service on primary server
We have a pair of Unity v10 servers and have performed a failover recently as a test of all our systems and powered down the primary server. Following reboot I have had to manually push the primary server back to being primary after the failover but have noticed that voicemail ports only come in service on the server that is primary. I have searched all over and can't figure out why.
We have 200 ports split between the two servers, 100 each. Whichever server is primary will have 100 ports in service, the other will have 0. On CUCM I see 100 ports active and registered and 100 unregistered.
Any ideas where to look to resolve this? I am told our config is active active so both servers should be handling calls and all 200 ports in service.
