Hi and thanks in advance.
I am running Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(5)
I know its an old one but its all we have.
The time stamps on the voice mails are 1 hour off. Every time i change the time on the server the voice mail becomes unreachable. Where do i change the system time other then the system clock?

Is this a standalone AD environment (i.e., voice-mail only) or is Unity integrated with a corporate domain (i.e., Unified Messaging)?

stand alone

Might want to start on the official DST page off cco.

Search for "Unity Voice Mail" on the page and it lists all the bugs and field notices that should include work arounds/solutions.

Check this as well. With AD, your server would typically get time from a PDC but in a standalone environment - you are the PDC and you'll need NTP. First half pertains to CCM, second half is Unity. Good reference to at least give thought too.
